There is plenty of parking here, as we can accommodate well over 100 cars. So we're more than covered there.
Time:
9am to 2pm
Doors will open at 8:30
-We will kick off each Fight Gone Bad workout every 30 minutes starting at 9am with the last interval starting up at 1:30pm.
-This format will allow us to keep congruency in the schedule, and give people a better idea of when to show up.
-Instructions on what to do and get prepared when you show up will be on the whiteboard.

Workout Details, and How It's Going to Go Down:
There will be set "lanes" and scaling options already set up when you arrive. The scaling options are as follows. There will be no mixing and matching scaling options to fit one's needs. Choose a lane and roll with it:

Sign ups for designated times is on a first come first serve basis. If you'd like to get in early, show up early, if you'd like to hang around and do a later time that's cool too! Just sign up under whichever time you'd like to go when you arrive!
Fight Gone Bad IV Affiliate Challenge details:
The challenge still stands and is open to all affiliates who wish to participate!
Open to all participating affiliates who join us at CrossFit Tri-Cities for Fight Gone Bad IV on September 26, 2009.
-$100.00 buy in from each affiliate who participates. The $100.00 buy in will go directly into a pool that will be rewarded to the winning affiliate at the end of the day. The winning pool is to be put towards the existing FGB IV contributions of the winning affiliate.
-Scoring for the Affiliate Challenge will be determined based upon a cumulative total of the top 3 Male and top 3 female RX’d scores of each affiliate for the day.
-We also scored some prizes from the Fitness Factory outlet for the top three affiliate finishers!
