Murph for Miller Fundraiser!

Swing on by this Saturday between 9am and 4pm to participate in the 2nd Annual Murph for Miller. A $25 donation from each participant will be given to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

Rob was killed in action on January 25, 2008. He was killed by enemy fire during an ambush near the Pakistan border. He died while providing cover fire for the evacuation of his team captain, who was seriously injured at the beginning of the attack. Rob’s actions saved the captain’s life and enabled his team to gain cover and return fire.

Tomorrow's workout of the day is as follows:

"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Murph will be scalable to all ability levels in order to accomplish. A full briefing of the movements and their scaling options will be provided prior to each workout kick-off.
