Just a reminder, we have our goal setting classes this week:
-Monday @ 7pm -Saturday @ 10am
Start thinking about what you'd like to accomplish within the next 12 months! Do you have a time goal for a named workout? Do you want to complete all workouts as RX'd? Do you want to make more of an effort to train your current weaknesses, and make double-unders more tolerable? How about a bodyweight, double-bodyweight, or triple-bodyweight deadlift? How about your eating/nutrition goals?
It's important to understand that the big picture is merely a compilation of small victories. Much like life in general. Breaking down the big picture into manageable goals and benchmarks along the way is the key element to success. Often, looking only at the big picture instead of what it takes to get there, becomes overwhelming, which leads to utter failure. This is why the "seasonal resolutionists" that we see a lot of this time of year, go away come February.
Your homework for today, and leading into tomorrow, is to continue to brainstorm about your long-term goals, and the bite size steps needed for you to get there. And not just brainstorm, write them down!!!!! Bring them with you tomorrow when we talk more about this during the 7pm class.
Have a good rest of your weekend!
