-Perform 1 Snatch on the minute for 15 minutes.
-If unable to receive the Snatch in the overhead squat, perform a Power Snatch.
-Use 90% of your 1RM Snatch.
-7 Burpee Penalty for: Missed reps and/or press outs!!!
