9am: Regular Class
10am to 12pm: SPEAR PDR Seminar with Joe Sipari
In teams of 2:
-One team member runs 400m
-While the other person completes:
-Push Press 95/65
-Wall Ball
-Box Jump
-Pull-ups
-Each team member will perform each movement, so no alternating movements.
-Team with highest reps between the 2 team members at the end wins!
