"Burpee Wall Ball" is performed from the starting position of the regular wall ball with the ball loaded at the chest. Perform one wall ball. Upon receiving the ball on the way down, drop into a burpee while still holding the ball at the chest, perform a push-up touching the chest to the ball, and then MB clean the ball to the next rep.
