Deadlift:

5-5-5-5-5

Start at 80% of your 1 RM.

75 Overhead Squats for time (95/65).

-Work on flexibility before hand and scale as necessary to maintain good movement!

Don't forget, "Running Grace" finals are this Saturday, June 6th @ 10 and 11am!!!
