-2 minute recovery
-If interval deviates more than 3 seconds from best time: 3 burpees per second off to be completed at the end.

-"What is CrossFit" explanation and breakdown of the concepts of our program.
-Movement "prep", analysis of movement, and demonstrations of the movements needed to complete your first workout.
