100 Double Unders
95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
15 Pull-ups

75 Double Unders
95 pound Thruster, 18 reps
12 Pull-ups

50 Double Unders
95 pound Thruster, 15 reps
9 Pull-ups


Even Class Size Wod:

With a partner and one barbell complete 4 rounds for time of:

50 Overhead Lunges

50 Push Press

50 Sumo Deadlift High Pull

50 Squat Jumps

-Partition reps between partners as needed to complete the 50 reps for each movement.

-Barbell can NEVER touch the ground!
