The new year is upon us! After finishing out a great 2008, I would like to thank all of you for your time, committment, and motivation throughout the past year!
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

We will be holding two GOAL SETTING meetings this next week that ALL current and future members should attend. We will be going over your goals for the next year! These goals can be with us or even outside of the gym. We will look at the big picture, then evaluate how to get there through the coming months.
