Run:
4x 800m intervals.
This will be on a 5 minute split. I.E. If you complete your first 800m interval in 2:30 you will have 2:30 rest before performing the next interval.
FOUL: If any of your intervals are slower than your last, 20 burpees!

Free Saturday Intro to CrossFit Workout!

Hour includes:
-"What is CrossFit" explanation and breakdown of the concepts of our program.
-Movement "prep", analysis of movement, and demonstrations of the movements needed to complete your first workout.
-And of course a free workout!
