Eat the way you're supposed to Sucker!

Care of CrossFit San Franciso (with a few minor modifications). Whether you Jazzercise, are a Pilaties fanatic, or have White Castle as a staple of your nutrition (God I hope I haven't seen this), read and follow the instructions below. Think what you eat has nothing to do with your day at the office or your performance with us? Tell you what, all it takes is a bad WOD, or two, or three, then you start looking at the top performers in the sport. Then you start thinking, "why is OPT 3 times faster than me?". A sound foundation of nutrition WILL move anyone past that learning curve that no one wants to be in, and we don't want you to perpetually be in either. Think the ZONE doesn't work? We have yet to figure out whether or not the astronaut food of Jenny Craig or Nutri-System leads to a sub-four minute "Fran" time. Don't take my word for it, TRY IT. If you absolutely hate ZONE nutrition, hate the way you feel, and don't reap the benefits of sound hormonal balance, increased performance, and an overall better state of well-being, then try something else! (but please let me know what that something else is so I can get on that too, the CrossFit Games are only 11 months away).
