When Char stepped foot through our doors 6 weeks ago, she was concerned as to whether or not she would ever get "stronger". At this point, we're pretty sure that those concerns are gone, as her new energy and strength is directed in other directions with us. Here's a grandmother who shows up every day, takes on every movement of each workout with the same intensity as anyone who has been doing this stuff for much longer, and consistently shows improvement in her movement efficiency. She doesn't complain about a workout being too challenging, and always shows a willingness to learn. Watch out though, when she puts on her game face, it's all business, and we always think twice before stepping in her way.
