Dr. Judge completes his second Fran in 3 months knocking 2:30 off his old PR, to finish off at 3:53. As a new comer to the sport, and with some pretty ridiculous times already, it will be interesting to see where he stands in a year or so. Watch out Spealler and Everett!1000m row
