With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

In the Photo Above is a new visitor to our Box, Jeff Armstrong with a very impressive deadlift during the CrossFit total. The weight was 515 but the 2 10lb plates we had on the ends fell off as the bar bent from all the weight on it! so his deadlift score was a 495, bringing his CF total to 1110. Awesome!
