Rest Day...Skill Development Friday.
Today we will be focusing primarily around skill development in our Olympic Lifts. We encourage everyone of all ability levels to stop on by for some in depth progressions of the Snatch and overhead presses (press, push press, and the jerk). These days are designed around developing more competency in the movements that we utilize in our workout of the day.
