Saturday: DT Challenge Finals!


9am and 11am DT Challenge Finals!
10am: Intro to CrossFit!

-Cash Prizes to be awarded after the final event on March 13th for:

-Top Male and Female Rx'd Scores.
-Most improved Male and Female Athlete.
-Scoring will be on a point system from overall times.

"DT"

Five rounds for time of:
Deadlift, 12 reps
Hang power clean, 9 reps
Push jerk, 6 reps

Will use the same load from your prelim time on the finals!!
Know your load upon arrival!

Most improved athlete will be determined by overall time improvement after the final event.

Saturday: DT Challenge Prelims!


In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
