-60 seconds: As many 25m lengths you can complete.
-60 seconds of rest.
-Must touch the line at the turn around points.
-Score by adding up total complete lengths at the end of each minute, partials do not count.
-4 rounds


7 Rounds for time:

5 BW Deadlifts
5 Pullups
5 BW Deadlifts
5 Pullups

Rest 1 minute between rounds.
