-His set up from both the floor and hang.
-His speed in getting underneath the bar.
-His recovery in stabilizing the load after he receives the bar!
It's ok to work light on these to develop your "speed through the middle". Be aggressive, be accurate, and master the movement before scaling up! It's better to work lighter and perfect the mechanics and the grace of this movement, rather than hitting loads with a combination of luck and shitty technique! Greater progress, loads, and fulfillment comes from this skill work!
