For those of you who didn't make it this past Sunday for the gymnastics class, Doug will be holding more of these! At $5 for the hour, it's a steal to get some great instruction on some stuff you would never normally be doing! Plus it's fun to learn back flips into a foam pit. Sinan even stuck his first back flip after an hour of instruction. Good Times!
Back Squat:
1x20 (use #5 more than your last attempt at this)
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
