A quick note on our 10am hour:

Open Gym: Our 10am spot is our only "open gym" hour. This is an opportunity for the Coaches to take on "Intro" Sessions with those interested in CrossFit, or "Foundations" sessions with our newest members. This hour IS NOT a formal class hour. If you have a sound understanding of the fundamental movements, been with us for more than 6 months, and feel like you do not need the hands on coaching that is provided during the normal class for that day, then definitely swing on by at 10am! This hour is great for skill development (working on your Oly Lifts/gymnastics/rowing), making up a workout from a previous day, or knocking out a completely different workout (NO bicep curls). We want to make sure that everyone gets the attention and coaching that they deserve! If you have any questions about this hour please ask!
