After months of practice and determination, Danae gets her first Muscle Up!!!! Nice work!!!!

-Wall Ball
-Pullups

Regular hours Monday through Thursday.

-Friday July 3rd: 9am and 11am Classes only NO EVENING CLASSES.
-Saturday July 4th: CLOSED
