Rick and Erin in the "Barbell Mile"

What did we learn yesterday? The fear of the actual evolution is far worse than the evolution itself (unless you were one of those who did the "barbell mile, that must have sucked). We also learned that a 5k isn't all that bad, and that you guys are more than capable of putting up a respectable time for not really doing that distance, if at all, ever.

24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps
30 Pull-ups
