Run 400m

6 Clean and Jerks

(Men use #135, Women use #95)


***Workout will be scaled to each person’s ability level as needed***


Buy in of $25.

Must be paid up front at the preliminary event on Saturday April 11.


Preliminary Event:

Final Event:

Saturday June 6, 2009

9am


In this 8 week challenge, each participant will perform the “Running Grace” workout in both a preliminary and final event. Winners will not be determined solely on best times but on most improved output as well, so it’s anybody’s game! Prize money will be given to each of the following categories on June 6, 2009:


-Fastest time (male as RX’d)

-Fastest time (female as RX’d)

-Most improved overall output (male scaled or RX’d)

-Most improved overall output (female scaled or RX’d)


The winner of each category will receive a $75 cash prize or $75 credit off their next monthly dues!


Food and drinks will be provided at the final event. Will be a great day to set a PR, bring your friends and family to show them what you’ve been up to, and have a great time with the rest of our community!
