Take the time to watch this training video of Pyrros Dimas (Greece), and his training/warmup. His speed almost makes the video look like it's missing frames on the speed and power he's producing! This dude weighs in at 181.5 lbs. His power Clean and Snatch are far above 200lbs (and even 300 in some of the "practice" sets). If you have difficulty understanding the Kilo to Pound conversion, as I do, multiply the said kilos by 2.2 to get the lbs load. This guy is an incredible athlete and a pinnacle of efficiency.
