10am: Goal Setting Seminar
11am: WOD Class
In teams of 2, each team must cumulatively complete each movement before moving onto the next:
150 Push-Ups
75 Power Snatches #75/#50
150 Sit-Ups
75 Deadlifts #135/#95
-Only one team member may be in movement at any given time.
-The relieving team member must perform 3 Burpees prior to beginning their cycle of movement.
