100 Overhead Squats for Time
-Every 2 minutes perform 2 burpees and 7 Wall Ball

This is to be done with full range of motion (ROM), bar locked out with active shoulders overhead, essentially flawless movement. Load is not important, use PVC or an empty bar.

If any of the mechanics are lost and full ROM is not achieved, perform 2 burpees and 7 wall ball.
