The workout should be executed just as 'The Twelve Days of Christmas' song is sung; start with one clean and jerk, then do two dead-lifts and one clean and jerk, then three dumbbell Snatches, two deadlifts and one clean and jerk, four KB Swings, three dumbbell Snatches, two deadlifts and one clean and jerk, etc. You get extra credit for refraining the song while you perform the workout, or if you wear an ugly Christmas sweater.
