Snatch Progression working up to M.E.:

-Muscle Snatch (heavy)
-Push Press to Overhead Squat (heavy)
-Snatch Balance (heavy)
-Snatch a new PR!

-AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 10 minutes:

-5 pullups
-10 pushups
-15 squats
