Run 800
15 Push Jerk, 3/4 bodyweight

11am and 6pm:

Running mechanics clinic.

-Develop our running efficiency by implementing POSE drills.
-Create an awareness of what makes us inefficient, slow, and disfavor running.
-Followed by: 4x800m time trials to develop technique.

Free for ALL members, $15 for non-members.
