Skill Development Wednesday...
We will be working on the movements needed to improve efficiency throughout our daily workouts, and working on corrective exercise to get you guys moving better. Whether you think you need these skills or not, it's going to be a great opportunity to refine what you already have, and learn a bit about how to move better. These days are essential to our programming, as we all want to increase our work capacity "across broad time and modal domains". We talk about "not sucking", and "not sucking" means moving better and finishing faster!
