Thursday

Here's proof that we are all capable of a deep squat. The sedentary lives that most people live take away the flexibility and stability needed to perform these movements that we need for survival. We all see the active 95 year olds who are still kicking ass and mowing their lawns, and the rest of the older population who need care in nursing homes. The difference between these two groups is MOBILITY. Once we lose our mobility, its all down hill, and then we die. Lucky for humans, we have the ability to regain this lost mobility, and relatively quickly if the time is taken to do so.
