Saturday "300"


"300" Workout Challenge

Kicks off at 9am for all ability levels. We will be going over our methodology, a familiarization with all of the movements needed to complete the "300", and the "300" itself. Bring your friends, family, distant 8th cousins or whoever else may be interested.

Prizes:

-New Members-


One month membership to the top two Spartans (one male and one female) with the best overall times and loads.


-Existing Members-

A membership equal to your existing membership (monthly/punch card) to give to your friend, family member, housekeeper, or whoever. This will be awarded to the top 2 Spartans (one male and one female) with the best overall times and loads.

Today will be a lot of fun for those who are already with us, and a great chance for our newcomers to check us out!

The "300":
25 Pullups
50 Deadlifts (men use #135, women use #95)
50 Pushups

50 Box Jumps (men 24" box, women 18" box)

50 Knees to Elbows

50 Kettlebell Clean and Presses (men use #35 KB, women use #25 KB)

25 Pullups

Storm through for time. Take as much rest as needed throughout, partition the reps as needed, and each set of reps per movement must be completed prior to moving on to the next movement.
